1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and niceph25 ("niceph25," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the niceph25 online gaming platform accessible at niceph25.org and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing account registration on niceph25, clicking any "I Agree," "Register," or equivalent acceptance button, or by continuing to access the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you expressly agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the niceph25 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

niceph25 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a niceph25 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order applicable to niceph25 or any related platform;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity for purposes of gambling or circumventing these Terms;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of niceph25 or its affiliated game providers, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

niceph25 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) niceph25 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during niceph25 registration — including name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly upon any change. niceph25 accepts no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

niceph25 is required to conduct KYC verification on all account holders as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license. niceph25 may additionally request proof of address or source of funds documentation for higher-value accounts or transactions. Accounts that remain unverified may have deposit and withdrawal limits applied until KYC is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your niceph25 login credentials. You must notify niceph25 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. niceph25 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

niceph25 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on account verification level and payment method. niceph25 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within the same business day subject to banking cut-off times. niceph25 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified under the account holder's name.

4.4 Chargebacks & Fraud

Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute legitimate deposits made to niceph25 constitutes fraud. niceph25 reserves the right to close the account of any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback, recover amounts disputed, and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

niceph25 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all niceph25 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Applicable wagering multiples will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• niceph25 bonuses are available to eligible Filipino players who have completed email verification. Some promotions require full KYC completion.
• One bonus promotion may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on niceph25 — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective game rules as defined by the relevant game providers. niceph25 sources game content exclusively from providers who hold independent RNG certification and maintain published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error affecting a game round, niceph25's technical team will review the affected round and, where technically possible, determine the outcome based on game state data. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. niceph25's determination in such cases is final.

niceph25 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, whether due to human error, software error, or manipulation. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have associated winnings voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on niceph25 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an advantage over other players or the niceph25 system;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games;
• Using the niceph25 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting age during KYC verification;
• Accessing niceph25 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to niceph25 support immediately;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward niceph25 staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the niceph25 platform — including but not limited to the niceph25 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of niceph25 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any niceph25 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, niceph25 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability due to circumstances beyond niceph25's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, or acts of nature;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the niceph25 platform;
• Losses incurred during games affected by proven technical malfunctions, beyond the return of the affected wager amount.

niceph25's aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

niceph25 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that the player sets and which take effect immediately when reduced;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration limits that log the player out after a defined period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss limits per day, week, or month;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for durations selected by the player;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the niceph25 platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the player's account settings or through niceph25 support.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

niceph25 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Upon permanent account closure in good standing, any verified balance remaining in the account — after deduction of bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the niceph25 platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

niceph25 may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory requirement. Your continued use of niceph25 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
